The Multiple Intelligence Hub Ltd will offer the agreed provision based activities to the Client for any Young Person referred, subject to individual assessment and acceptance by us the provider.
The aim of this placement is to provide a Therapeutic learning opportunity for the Young Person and to engage in the chosen specified programmes.
When requested, the Service Provider will furnish the Client with a progress report at the end of each session attended.
We will provide the said services to you, which are subject to the conditions stated below in this document. Every time you book for use of our services you accept the following conditions. This is why we urge you to read them carefully.
Any contact made with us electronically, i.e. emails or via our website, you are going to be communicating with us. You hereby consent to receive communications from us electronically also. We will communicate with you by posting news and notices on our website and by sending you emails. You also agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications we provide to you electronically meet the legal requirements that such communications be in writing.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 4.30 pm, excluding Bank Holidays and Weekends. Booked placements for service users will be delivered on the days agreed, between the hours of 9.30 am to 3.00 pm, unless otherwise agreed.

We hope that any of your experiences with The Multiple Intelligence Hub are positive ones. We aim to deliver the best experience possible but we may not always be to your satisfaction. Should you wish to make a complaint or raise a dispute please do so in one of the following ways;

At The Multiple Intelligence Hub our programmes offer a variety of fun, hands on activities but are carefully structured to ensure stability and routine throughout the day. We strive to vary our activities where possible and adapt each activity based on the Young Person's individual needs. We understand that routine may be key in your child’s day and therefore aim to offer a seamless experience where possible. In order to achieve this and ensure activities are carefully planned and delivered accordingly, we ask that bookings for all of our services be made at least 10 days before the desired dates. Late bookings will be at the discretion of MIH and subject to staffing and resources availability.
All bookings should be submitted by way of completing a Booking Form either during a home/site visit, by email to; firstname.lastname@example.org or via our website; www.multipleintelligencehub.co.uk. Verbal bookings cannot be accepted, as signed authorisation is required.
If we feel the need to make any changes to a programme, we will ensure suitable notice is given to our clients.
Our invoices will be sent in advance of each booked period due and charged irrespective of attendance.
Our payment terms are payment upon receipt of invoice, no later than 7 days from issue.
Should you have any disagreement concerning a cost, this must be notified to us within 7 days of the invoice date. In the absence of such notification, you are deemed to have accepted the invoice and it is payable in full in accordance with our normal terms.
Cancellation of Booking / Termination of Service
The Young Person will remain on our Booking Register until notified otherwise by the Client, or in the absence of payment of the invoice. Withdrawal of a booking by the Client must be done in writing and confirmed (or emailed to email@example.com. The Client will be responsible for any invoices until the booking is cancelled and acknowledged by our Management Team on the following terms;
Cancellation given in writing within 7 days of payment made - 100% refund
Cancellation given in writing within 14 days of payment made - 50% refund
Cancellation beyond 14 days of payment made or In the event of non-attendance without the required notification term, no refund will be available.
Failure to make payment of our invoices on time will result in the booking being cancelled by MIH without further notice with the Client remaining liable for the termination period.
Should The Multiple Intelligence Hub Ltd have to cancel a session, due to unforeseen circumstances the amount for that session will be refunded. (This excludes cancellation outside of our control, or due to adverse weather conditions).
In the unlikely event of any incident or a disciplinary issue arises, resulting in the Young Person having to be excluded and returned to their education provider/home, the Service Provider will notify the necessary form of contact as soon as possible.
To ensure the privacy of our setting and in line with surrounding roadway restrictions, The Multiple Intelligence Hub supports a strict traffic management plan implemented by our local council. Due to this we ask that all visits to The Multiple Intelligence Hub should be by appointment only and/or as booked by the service user.
Our access point and roadway is shared with surrounding neighbours. Therefore for safety purposes The Multiple Intelligence Hub offer separate parking facilities where Students are brought to the provision either by MIH staff or staff of external education providers. Parking availability and restrictions are clearly signposted and we ask it is respected and followed by our clients.
When MIH is closed parking/stopping is not permitted in front of the main gates at any time.
