Our Team at MIH

We are proud to have a small, dedicated team with a wide range of experience in supporting autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent young people, as well as those with learning disabilities and diverse individual needs.

Each coordinator brings different strengths and specialist knowledge, allowing us to create rich, meaningful and varied experiences for the young people who attend MIH.

Our team’s combined areas of experience include:

• Childcare, education and individualised support
• Neurodiversity and inclusive practice
• Sensory based and practical learning approaches
• Animal care and animal assisted activities
• Outdoor learning, woodland skills and creative nature based activities
• Speech, language and communication support
• Practical, hands on skill development (craft, mechanics, tools, repairs)
• Life skills, independence and everyday confidence building

What connects us is a shared belief that young people learn best through meaningful, hands on experiences, and a commitment to creating a calm, safe and nurturing environment where every individual can grow at their own pace.
